Vegan MoFo: Preparing for (Canadian) Thanksgiving

We're having a couple of people over for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. One of them is a lacto-ovo vegetarian and the other one is an omnivore. So hopefully everyone likes the vegan feast I will have prepared. Here's the menu so far (and likely won't change, we're going to the grocery store very soon):

-Tofu "turkey" (without the stuffing...I'll be basing my stuffing on this recipe...with modifications)
-Green bean casserole
-Mashed potatoes and gravy
-Roasted sweet potatoes (based on that recipe...without the amaretto or almonds)
-Bread rolls

And of course.....
-Pumpkin pie

I'm wondering if we need more food...another dessert, etc. But then I have to tell myself there's only 4 of us. And I think one of the guests said she was bringing something (non-vegan). So I'm sure we will have MORE than enough food. I'll be back on Monday with pictures of all the yumminess.
