Long time no blog. I haven't cooked much that's blog-worthy this past week. But tonight I had hot sauce glazed tempeh and baked Cajun french fries from Vegan with a Vengeance.
No picture of the tempeh....it was my second time making it but for some reason I just can not photograph it so that it looks appealing. But I can't recommend that recipe enough - it's delicious!

P.S. The fries look yummy. I would love to try the tempeh...I am too skittish to make anything with tempeh myself. The one time I tried it - it was a disaster!
