This morning for brunch I made tofu florentine from Veganomicon. Oh wow...words cannot describe how much I adored this. It was perfect...the textures, the seasoning, the way the different flavours blended...oh wow. I think I am in love with the cheezy sauce recipe...the addition of mustard just makes it pop.
You would think I would have more to say about a recipe I loved so much, but I'm actually speechless due to its awesomeness.
